1 kg fresh salmon Season with: salt & pepper 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons butter 1 medium onion chopped 2 cloves garlic minced 1 &1/2 cups cherry tomatoes 1 & 1/2 cups cooking cream 1 cup fresh spinach 1 tbsp paprika 1 tbsp curry powder 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp mixed herbs 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice For the rice: 2 cups basmati rice (washed and soaked in cold water for 30 minutes) 2 tbsp vegetable oil or ghee 3 & 1/2 cups hot water 1 to 2 tbsp salt (recipe courtesy of abiresag)
