Students observed vertebrate anatomy in their hands-on frog dissection lab activity today! Several students expressed their interest in becoming surgeons one day! Very awesome to hear 😎 !

Envirothon Club attended and interacted in a soils training event and visited the Environmental Center at Clarence Schock Memorial Park at Governor Dick today. There were a lot of great educational resources available to us. We are greatful for these opportunities!

Modeling digestion with seventh grade this week!

Chemical indicators were used today to determine if glucose and/or starch were present inside and/or outside the “small intestine” after 24 hours.

We conducted a dialysis tube lab today to model and gather evidence and data about the ability or inability of food molecules like glucose and complex carbohydrates to move through the wall our small intestine. Results tomorrow!

Made beautiful flower arrangements with gardening club today!
