Este es el verdadero renacer. A Loris Karius siempre lo persiguieron sus errores en la final de la Champions League 2018 contra el Real Madrid, que le costaron la Copa al Liverpool. Desde ahí, su carrera se fue para abajo. Entre el 2020 y el 2024 jugó apenas 5 partidos (4 en Unión Berlín y 1 en Newcastle). De hecho, a mediados de 2024 estuvo 6 meses sin equipo y pensando en el retiro. El Schalke 04 pensó en él y lo fichó en enero de 2025 para intentar volver a Primera. Allí se consolidó y volvió a disfrutar de la pelota. Hoy, Schalke asciende a la Bundesliga con Karius como figura, siendo el portero con más vallas invictas en el torneo (12). Miren cómo lo festeja con su hinchada, que lo aplaude. A veces hay que volver un poco atrás para tomar nuevamente impulso. Daleeee Kariussss. 👏

@m1k3yr33son @WSBFun Exactly, early on he thought to highly of himself & asked for a bigger push/spotlight, but wasn’t up to par yet/was too green. Went to NWA/WCW & enjoyed success until return to WWF as a heel.

@philgpbp It’s the players that need to be replaced & to do that you need a real competent GM. The Mets lack both. Alonso would make some difference at the plate, but not the field. He’ll def get worse as he ages, but in this team wouldn’t be able to tell difference.

@ByZackHochberg If we add that QU probably goes bankrupt. Our admissions standards drop.Also, discussions of moving conferences revives, which depending on conference could bring huge money in to bring back rugby. That’s assuming QU doesn’t go bankrupt first. I’d rather stay a hockey uni.

@FabrizioRomano I know y Woltemade didn’t start: he’s my starting fantasy team striker who needed 2 goals for me to have any hope as this week I’m playing vs a guy starting 4 Crapchester City players. Hence, I knew he’d be bench to come in for 5 minutes if that. It’s my fault 😆

Denver has won 3 of the last 5 national championships yet they have only had one first round draft pick on all 3 of those championship rosters in Zeev Buium. They win with mid round picks, undrafted players and they stay for at least 2-3 year and get outstanding coaching.
