@StashGlenn AEP Texas crews are working around the clock to restore customers. At 8 a.m. Thursday, approximately 131,000 customers remained without power, down from a peak of approximately 468,000 customers on Tuesday morning. ^JP

AEP Texas crews worked overnight and restored approximately 150,000 customers, as more generation became available on the grid. We will continue to work to restore every single customer. (1/3)

@wslove28 AEP Texas continues to await permission from the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) to begin full restoration. It remains unclear when ERCOT will issue the go-ahead allowing utilities to begin full restoration of service to customers. ^JP

@JoshuaH_PR We continue to work with ERCOT to address the situation; however, it is too early to project when the situation will ease and the number of outages will begin to decrease. Customers should be prepared to remain without power for at least the rest of the day. ^JP
