@tylerbhampton Let me know if that new committee member causes any trouble - I can probably take care of it for you 😀

First student-led publication from my University of Waterloo research group! Julian Murray did some great work looking at how climate change impacts monthly baseflow trends across Canada! @usgsJWP

It is becoming quite clear that I'm just not good at Twitter.
Thus morning at #GSA2022 we had a great oral session on Human Impacts on the Hydrologic Cycle. If you missed that, come check out the poster session this afternoon!

@AjamiHoori I'm so sorry Hoori. I credit Tom with introducing us during that Powell Center group so many years ago. He's going to be missed by so many.

This is what I needed to start my Friday.

#GSA2022 abstracts are due soon!
Consider submitting an abstract to our session “Human Impacts on the Hydrologic Cycle” (T134)
We’ll highlight research exploring the multitude of ways that we have altered water resources in the surface and subsurface.

@TonyaDelSontro @nanditabasu2 @FloodHydrology @EmilyFairfax @kellyproof I have the beaver inflatable who I've named Justin Beaver. If he survives staycation I will donate him to your project!
English

@nanditabasu2 @FloodHydrology @EmilyFairfax @kellyproof Lol! Well I bought a simple inflatable boat but I guess I’ll have to re-evaluate that decision!

My #beaver research requires incredible precision & attention to detail. It's all very serious.
Except when I'm ground-truthing the locations of beaver dams. Then I get to bring out Gerald the Beaver Boat & float around while I make notes that yes, this is in fact a beaver pond.

Together again, after 2+ years of nothing but virtual meetings. So excited to keep working on the @FEWturesNSF project together. #MFMore2022 @IGWMC
