Clubs like @cast_thought CIC are helping young people feel safe, supported and happy through a movement they wouldn't normally have access to! Hearing the young people's experiences and positive feelings towards fishing shows the difference these @EssexActivAte clubs are making!

As part of our #InclusionMonth in October, we visited @Cast_thought CIC in, a SEND and mental wellbeing @EssexActivAte club. They provide a safe space for children, especially those with learning disabilities, to enjoy fishing and nature, boosting confidence and life skills.

Great attendance from partners across West Essex at the ABCD-E course delivered by Jamie and Louise from our team! We had some fantastic conversations about shifting from “doing for” to “doing with and by.” As well as exploring the power of asking “what if” instead of “what is”!

Championing wellbeing during the school day! Through funded delivery from our Sport and Youth Mental Health project, pupils at @FordEndPrimary were able to try some yoga and feel the benefit of mindfulness activities such as this. Amazing to see, thank you to @ProjectMindEmp
