@ashleyafcb1 I think it has to do more with his current stock. Some big clubs will need new managers and his stock is high. He wants the next challenge.
I think Foley is all in to keep the players he can, improve the overall squad, and make another push for Europe next year

@GuyN72 Really feel for him, similar to Petrovic, I don’t see their ability as the issue. It’s a mentality and confidence thing for both. Belief is so key

@david_profdavey @tpalmer77 @F365 I don’t question his effort and I want him to be successful. I don’t wish for anyone to fail.
But I also have no problem saying he is currently not in the form of a starter in the PL.
Hopefully he improves with every opportunity!

Agree. The worst one is when he came off his line and went to slap the ball totally missing it. Thankfully had defenders back. #afcb

Get that f'in clown out of our goal. He is so so bad. It's everything . His flapping , positioning , decision making , kicking - it's not just one thing . It's EVERYTHING . He's just f'd it yet again for the whole team . 100% they deserve better #afcb

@david_profdavey @tpalmer77 Optimistically, he is simply not playing up to form. Neither is the defense. Not a great combination.
Using @F365 metrics they have him ranked 25th in the league. I can only assume there are many within the leadership at AFCB that were hoping for better from him at this point.

Relying on Petrovic or Diakite to win is probably not ideal.

Kept telling my TV “close him down, close him down” as we retreat and allow the perfect cross to be completed. Seen it too many times this year unfortunately.
