Saying Rooney clears Neymar in every aspect is how you expose you didn’t really watch Neymar. rooney was elite no debate. But Neymar at his peak was a different level of creativity, flair, 1v1 ability and chance creation. You don’t accidentally become brazil’s all time top scorer
