On Tuesday over 120 stakeholders and interested parties gathered at AGC of Utah to discuss legislation to update the current Blue Stakes Law. The goal is to align the law with best practices to protect workers, residents around utilities, and Utah's utility infrastructure.

The producer price index (PPI) for new nonresidential building construction declined 1.4% for the month and rose 3.8% year-over-year (y/y), according to BLS data posted on August 11: bls.gov/ppi/
