Today, I filed a lawsuit to halt the sale of Loon vapes in Minnesota. State law bans e-cigarettes designed to appeal to kids. With flavors like Cotton Candy and Mountain Dude, Loon is in clear violation of that law. I will not let corporations like Loon prey on our children.

Today we got a big win for farmers' right to repair. John Deere must now provide farmers and repair shops with the tools they need to fix Deere equipment instead of forcing them to dealerships. This will cut costs for farmers, help lower food prices, and help un-rig our economy.

In Minnesota, everyone is included in the circle of our compassion, including trans kids. This ruling does not undo our laws protecting the trans community. I will continue to defend those laws, stand up for trans folks, and fight for the dignity of all who call Minnesota home.

After I sued to end Metro Surge, the DOJ opened a criminal investigation into my office. A court just found that investigation was a "blatantly unlawful and unethical" effort to retaliate against me for challenging Metro Surge. Trump’s threats won't stop me from defending MN.

This outcome helps us secure Minnesota's future as a world-class leader in patient care, medical education, and research. In a challenging healthcare environment, it represents a fresh start and a reason for optimism about what's ahead.
