If Villa owners are so ambitious I’m struggling to understand why after 8 years they haven’t increased Villa park ? It’s not in a super urban area. There’s plenty of space, land in Birmingham probably easy to acquire for a new stadium. Maybe spending rules convenient excuse 🤔
