Aitkin Softball will be hosting Section 7AA playoffs on Tuesday, May 24th @ Aitkin. Aitkin will be facing North Lake Academy at Aitkin Varsity Softball Field. Tickets for the section game will be $10 for adults & $5 for students. The first pitch will be at 4:30pm.

Congratulations to Bantam A boys hockey team for taking 2nd at State on Sunday! It is the first time a team in the Northern Lake youth association has made it to state and they played in the championship game.

Fish and Wildlife Competition Goes to State! FFA Fish and Wildlife Management team placed fifth in the region for their competition. The team included Owen Chute, Ava Patnode, Shelby Gretschmann, and Raija Gustin. Raija Gustin also placed sixth individually in the region.

Northern Lakes Lightning Bantam Hockey Team has made it to the Minnesota Hockey Bantam A State Tournament.  I’ve attached the tournament bracket and a picture of the boys after their recent victory over Warroad to punch their ticket to state.
