@GothicKnight89 Not for me, I loved the show as it was. Serenity wasn't the best but it's job was to tie things up.

@AGrumpyScotsman I wanna see what he has in mind for animated though, it could be interesting. I myself would prefer it being like how it was with the show and movie

@AGrumpyScotsman I understand. But I literally jumped when I saw the news! I absolutely love animation, and the things you can do with it are almost endless, so long as you have the right means. But, I do understand that animation isn't everyone's favorite.

@TheCrowbarScum Like take serenity out of the picture and make it a season 2 that ties up where it left off.

@AGrumpyScotsman I feel it can be a lot of fun, but I do understand your dissapointment. With them being older it would be awesome to see a '30 years later' kind of show and reunion.

@Uratnik It could have been done as a reboot and a continuation of season 1. I'll probably still give it a try, but animated shows just don't grab me.

@AGrumpyScotsman It’s the only way it could possibly make sense. If we want Wash to be there, it has to be a prequel, and everyone is WAY too old to be in a prequel. That’s just the unfortunate truth.

@AGrumpyScotsman Dude. Same. I was so hyped then he said animated and the balloon just deflated. I'll still give it a chance, but idk I have a hard time getting into animated shows now. 😞🤞 Maybe this will change that🤞
