@BeardoForMen I ordered a twin pack of deodorants, but both arrived damaged, half-filled, and weighing different amounts. After four days of back-and-forth, customer support dismissed my concern, claiming it was just transit damage and not a product defect. Very disappointing experience.

Being told that I should “make sure the product inside is safe” is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. How is that in any way my responsibility? The deodorant bottles were half-filled, badly dented, and both had different weights. This is not minor damage.
