Back in the day, S10 inspections (where the school had 2 terms notice) were criticised because inspectors were not 'seeing the school as it typically was'. Yet now, large MATs can draft in the troops - meaning that Ofsted are not seeing the school as it typically is!

Friend works for a large well-known MAT - school is pretty chaotic & behaviour not good. Ofsted were in recently and a whole crowd of additional staff from elsewhere in the MAT were imported for two days! Why are they getting away with this?
