The Gala Dinner in the evening will be a more relaxed and social event, to mark our special 40th anniversary. The second day has been completely restructured, with a focus on the Exhibition Hall, where we are introducing self-reflection CPD.

AHDA Conference 2025 The 40th Anniversary AHDA Conference will be held on 27th and 28th January 2025 at the Birmingham Metropole Hotel with an exciting new layout and programme.

AHDA is pleased to report that the Association is again joint organiser of the National SQP Awards together with AMTRA and OvertheCounter. AHDA is also one of the senior judging panel members for all of the categories. The awards recognise the professionalism of SQPs in the UK.

AHDA invited to participate in Veterinary Medicine Working Group Led by Cabinet Office and DEFRA the purpose will be to advise the UK Government on solutions required to aid in ensuring the continued availability and supply of veterinary medicines into Northern Ireland.

AHDA representation on RUMA RUMA promotes responsible use of veterinary medicines, ensuring optimum health and welfare. AHDA has been elected to the RUMA Board for a second three year term and at the RUMA AGM, Bryan Lovegrove, representing AHDA was elected as Deputy Chairman.
