GOT7’s Park Jinyoung to return as a singer… solo comeback set for May Singer-actor Park Jinyoung is ramping up preparations for a new album, aiming for a comeback this May. According to his agency BH Entertainment on March 19, Park Jinyoung has recently been focusing on his next album work and preparing for his comeback. While continuing a busy schedule, carrying out drama promotions, filming, and music work in parallel, expectations are gathering about what kind of musical color he will present through this album. He is also planning to directly participate in lyric writing for this album to increase its level of completion. Recently, Park Jinyoung has been receiving global viewers’ attention by depicting a youth romance together with Kim Minju in ‘Still Shining’. The series proved its global success potential by ranking 7th in Netflix’s Global Top 10 Non-English Shows immediately after release. The two delicately portray the narrative of a pure first love that becomes light in each other’s lives, giving deep resonance to viewers. Park Jinyoung has established himself as an “icon of first love” by digesting diverse characters in various works such as ‘Yumi’s Cells’ and ‘Our Unwritten Seoul’.
