Three more episodes in the series will take us to Joan's great victory at Orléans; the coronation of the Dauphin at Reims; her capture; her trial; & her execution. You can get them all here, plus - in 2 weeks - a bonus in which we explore her afterlife. therestishistory.com

@SCynic1 I have laid out a detailed account of the slaughter & eviction of innocent Palestinian civilians in Jaffa in 1948 and am very happy to debate any of the details with you. But because you cannot counter any of these historical facts, you mute me. This is hardly an adult response & certainly not one would expect from a KC supposed to be trained to distinguish fact from fiction. Tant pis! But if you'd like a reading list to help educate yourself about the 1948 war and the ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians, just let me know.

Anyone involved in psychotherapy must read this fantastic article. For me, it was the best piece (published in the media) on relational psychotherapy in 2025. Drawing the link between Rogers & Winnicott was long overdue - @psychgeist52 does a brilliant job tapmagazine.org/all-articles/c…

The silver medal falls into the hands of Jan Parker of @Cambridge_Uni, who wrote about Homer's Odyssey adapted for the silver screen. No, this wasn't about Nolan, but Uberto Pasolini's "The Return" and how trauma still resonates across media and millennia: antigonejournal.com/2025/05/odysse…
