In Hot Springs, Arkansas, it gets you a face full of police ego and broken equipment. ​We went down to the Hot Springs Police Department to get an update on the infamous "Halloween Incident" where Lt. Kenny May violently tackled a minor teenage girl over a discarded Red Bull can, sparking community outrage and second-degree battery charges. But instead of transparency, we got a masterclass in police bullying. ​While having a peaceful conversation with two polite officers, Sergeant M. Brown decided to step in and manufacture a conflict. Falsely claiming that asking questions constitutes "interfering with a governmental operation," Brown immediately began escalating the situation. When the journalism didn't stop, the badge-heavy tactics came out: Sergeant Brown walked right up, violated the journalist's rights, and physically snatched and breaks his camera mount. ​Enter Lieutenant L. Patrick. At first, the Lieutenant did exactly what you'd expect—he stood there making excuses, trying to protect his boy, and spinning the narrative to cover up the Sergeant's blatant misconduct. He even tried to claim the journalist was being "confrontational" just for testing the officer's knowledge on the First Amendment! ​But the cover-up crumbled the second the video was played back. When forced to look at the undeniable proof of his Sergeant committing criminal mischief and assault on tape, the Lieutenant realized he couldn't hide the truth. He was forced to admit that there cannot be two tiers of the law—what is illegal for a citizen is illegal for a cop. The Sergeant had to tuck his ego in, offer a weak apology, and the Lieutenant was forced to hand over formal citizen complaint forms. You really get a peek into how the minds of these officers work in this video. The lieutenant laughed it off when they wanted to report the assault as in his eyes it was no big deal, until the journalist spun it around on him and asked what would happen if he grabbed the lieutenant's camera. You can't go to jail for one and not the other. You see the light go on in his head in real time.

The other thing I luv about this video is that for those who have issues to hide such as suspended DL’s or warrants… a simple plate cover or a tail light out… does them in. Cops are there to find the rats… and their investigations sort these situations out. Whenever anyone is so defiant there’s something behind that…either a personality disorder (with nothing to hide…YET)…or they are hiding something. Cops have great intuition…they know a rat when they smell one!

This dude unloads on cop in a who is in the right type situation. We are in Adam's county PA where a Law Enforcement Ranger pulls over a man because he is saying he could not see his tag. By the officers own admission he was able to see the tag as he got closer but proceeded with the stop. As per usual the officer asks for ID and the man in truck went to work on this officer telling him this is an illegal stop as no crime has been committed so he is not required to provide ID. Through out the interaction he asks the officer if he is free to go and the officer doubles down on detainment. However at the same time when asked the officer was not able to articulate a crime. The man also asked for a sergeant and the officer never compiled by getting a supervisor on scene which honestly would have been the best move. There are two ways to look at this interaction. The eyes of the officer: The officer calmly maintains that the traffic stop is entirely lawful. In the United States, law enforcement needs reasonable suspicion to initiate a traffic stop. An obscured license plate or illegally dark window tint satisfies that standard in almost every jurisdiction. Furthermore, once a lawful traffic stop is initiated, a driver is legally required to produce a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration. The driver's perspective: The driver claims that his tags are legit and the officer was able to see that when he ran them. He argues that because the ranger claimed at first he could not see the tags but now he can as he approached the vehicle. Since the officer admitted he can now see the tags and there is no problem with the tags, the initial stop was "erroneous" and constitutes an illegal search and seizure. He also details a personal grievance with local law enforcement, claiming a local district attorney and police officers have been "terrorizing" him. What is your take on this stop? Was this a case of an officer error where with the cop trying to save face by digging for a reason for the stop, or was this a legal stop and this officer deserves praise for staying calm while dealing with this man's outbursts? It’s a skatepark…nothing to do with ‘we all equal’. You are lucky you escaped… you didn’t learn your lesson. ‘Where is my hat’ and ‘buy a new mic’…you are lucky you escaped with your health…coming into their park recording with cameras and riding in a skatepark. This is by far the most thoughtful video piece put together… and photos that havent been seen other places. The theories have moved from: 1) bullet (not), 2) collar mic explosion (not), 3) hand microphone (not), 4) neck chain with cross explosion (not), to 5). Secondary mic explosion YES!!! We must know the truth for Charlie… the sickness of the people who did this must be obliterated. The source MUST be known…and we generally know where…but we must know the specifics. For Charlie.

He’s not wearing body armor. You have captured a snapshot of video that shows a shape… if you watch all prior frames of the video you can see his chain, his chest/nipples, etc…it’s ridiculous. He was NOT wearing armor. There was an explosion and it did not come form the mic, it came from the necklace cross.
