Transmission: A Difficult Update
I’ve invested years of my life into building the Robotic Rabbit Syndicate — sacrificing relationships, pouring in an extreme amount of my own money, and pushing myself harder than anyone will ever understand behind the scenes.
We raised only a few ETH at mint, which meant there were no real project funds to build with. Nearly everything delivered — every feature, every animation, every upgrade — was paid for personally by me.
To date, I have invested well over $100,000 of my own money into this project.
And I have never taken a single dollar of profit in return.
I funded:
•A first-of-its-kind blockchain-integrated game
•Fully animated lore and story content
•High-detail, hand-drawn artwork
•Machines to develop physical figurines
•A complete NFT customization Workshop
•Advanced trait systems and upgrades no one else in the space attempted
•A massive airdrop that alone cost me over $10,000
•And personal sacrifices I should have never had to make — including refinancing personal assets just to keep development moving
And the biggest sacrifice wasn’t financial.
I chose this project over someone I genuinely loved.
I believed so deeply in what I was building that I put the Syndicate above everything — including a relationship that meant the world to me.
Yet after all of that, here is the hardest truth:
Barely anyone played the game.
Barely anyone used the Workshop.
Barely anyone purchased figurines.
Barely anyone engages in Discord.
Everything I poured my heart, sweat, tears, time, love, and money into went largely unused or unnoticed.
At the same time, I watched the space around me rot.
I watched unethical founders project-hop, abandon collections, drain communities, and walk away without consequence — while I stayed here, building, delivering, and trying to do things the right way. I never ran. I never rugged. I never abandoned the project.
Instead of respect for that commitment, what I increasingly received was disrespect, resentment, and entitlement.
People acted as if they were owed returns I never promised.
As if my time, money, and health were theirs to extract.
As if years of effort meant nothing unless it immediately benefited them financially.
We even reached a point where people who don’t hold our NFT — or who were gifted one for free — felt entitled to complain about me not giving away more prizes, rewards, or handouts.
That level of entitlement is not only unrealistic — it’s unhealthy.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve also been dealing with personal matters.
Out of 400+ holders, only two people reached out publicly or privately to offer support.
That silence spoke louder than anything else.
I’ve gone out of my way to onboard people into this ecosystem — even gifting NFTs to bring new participants in — only to watch those same NFTs get immediately floored shortly after. No engagement. No contribution. Just extraction.
Meanwhile, I wasn’t just battling the market —
I was battling the space itself.
Other founders and communities undermined me. Their members attacked me. Even projects I supported from day one turned their backs once I launched my own.
I was a founding holder and active contributor in communities like Killabears. I also shared early character designs in good faith with the artist behind Killabears — someone I genuinely believed was a friend at the time. Watching similar concepts later appear elsewhere was deeply disheartening and added to the sense of betrayal I experienced.
On top of that, I dealt with:
•Harassment and coordinated attacks
•My wallet being drained
•A tech team that sabotaged progress repeatedly
•Unrealistic demands and impossible expectations
•Situations where I was insulted, cursed at, blackmailed and pressured behind the scenes by some of our largest holders
Despite all of this, I kept going.
I kept building.
I kept believing.
