@MiloFoster33 @ugc_india @EduMinOfIndia @cmo_uttarakhand So true literally this college doesn't understand anyone's problem. My friend had been gone through a very serious accident doctor gave him bed rest of 1 month but he still came to college just because the college was denying to give him attendance.
