You cannot buy a new gas turbine until 2030. Order books at GE, Siemens, and Mitsubishi stretch to 2029. Turbine prices have nearly tripled since 2019. Every AI data center needs power and every gas plant needs a turbine. And every turbine has one part that bottlenecks the entire industry: The blade. It has to survive in gas 500°C above the melting point of the metal it's made from and spin at up to 20,000 RPM under 10,000 g of centrifugal force. Each blade is grown as a single crystal of nickel superalloy, pulled through a vacuum furnace at 3 mm per minute. A set of blades costs $600,000 and takes 90 weeks to grow. The same metallurgy powers modern jet engines. Only 3 companies on Earth can build one. China spent $42 billion trying to catch up. They bought a Russian fighter engine, took it apart, and copied every part. Their copy ran 30 hours between overhauls versus 400 for the original. Modern Western engines run 4,000. You can reverse engineer the shape of a turbine blade. You cannot reverse engineer 60 years of metallurgy.

$AMZN, $MSFT, $GOOGL and $META just updated guidance and now plan to spend a combined ~$710B on CapEx this year to build the AI economy: • Amazon ~$200B • Microsoft ~$190B • Google ~$185B • Meta ~$135B

Did $MRVL use this NDA breach as a way out? Would $MRVL reject a top-tier optical interposer in such a tight supply chain if the tech were actually good? It makes you wonder Many supply contracts are disclosed in this industry, so why the concern for secrecy?

There is a company that... > Has Exposure To Optics > Has Exposure to CPU / Inference boom > Has Exposure to Transformers > Grew Revenue > 50% YoY > Trades at less than 1x rev And practically no one is talking about it Guesses?

Oracle said it will now power its Project Jupiter campus in New Mexico with up to 2.45 GW of Bloom Energy $BE fuel cells instead of gas turbines and diesel generators. The switch cuts NOx emissions by about 92% and keeps the AI data center on a single microgrid campus.

Holy smokes $XE up big at $36 in after trading !! $AMZN holds a 20% stake in the SMR startup and is partnering with X-Energy to deploy carbon-free nuclear power for its AWS data centers. This comes at a time when hyperscalers are racing to secure 24/7 baseload energy to fuel the massive power requirements of the AI revolution. $GOOGL $META $MSFT

$POET down over 40% after $MRVL canceled all purchase orders tied to Celestial AI including initial production orders first disclosed in 2023. POET said the cancellation was tied to alleged confidentiality breaches while it continues serving other customers.
