@AIL_NILICO how do I get on the no contact list for these “annual” policy updates? Which is just a way to collect phone numbers to harass people to sign up. It’s ridiculous!

@AIL_NILICO Trying to cancel policies since 02-12-24. Was told by agent I'd receive form within one week to sign & return. No form arrived. On 03-12-24 was told by AIL's headquarters I'd receive an email in 48 hrs to sign & return. No email. Premiums are being charged. WTH? AIL!

I posted my resume on a job board. Since then I have received constant emails from Globe Life @AIL_NILICO. I did a Zoom "interview" with their local agent, logged out <10 minutes in. Emailed details why I won't work with them. Still getting emails offering a "position."

@AIL_NILICO Y’all make it impossible to cancel. Sit on the phone for more than half an hour with no option to cancel just to have the agent to tell you to hold AGAIN to transfer you to the cancellation department which is another half an hour wait or longer.

@AIL_NILICO When I am with my parents tomorrow and have all the policy information I will email you, because calling customer service is useless and a never ending dead end. We have already filed a complaint with BBB as well.
