929 Congolese refugees have voluntarily returned home through a repatriation operation organized in Burundi with the support of UNHCR and local authorities. When roads turn into mud, and access becomes nearly impossible, the AIRD Kyangwali fuel team in Uganda keeps moving. Through rain, swampy terrain, and repeated breakdowns, they deliver fuel to over 24 generators powering water systems serving 153,000+ refugees in Kyangwali Refugee Settlement.
