@AIRxUN I agree with you wholeheartedly!! It’s a huge difference. Up north I feel like is more prone to move but I just don’t feel like ppl have the right perspective when it comes the clubs like the ones in Atlanta. You have to find a spot that specifically caters to that in this city

From a DJ perspective: there aren’t a lot of new “dance” records to really play. Be having to dig for the throwback songs for mfs to really move. Even then most ppl just wanna twerk or hear the usual rap music.
Also curious to what songs you would label as “party music”

I’d also like to chime in on the “this generation doesn’t dance” convo; some DJs don’t even play dance music. It’s just rap. Like we came here to PARTY? Play that type of music and the crowd would be different. DJs do not be reading the room and wonder why folk stand around
