@sophielouisecc That's because degreed individuals are oftentimes leaving jobs just after a year or two. I know as an employer, I start thinking if I hire a degreed individual, I stand the chance of losing them to someone else.

One thing I’ve found really interesting this year is that I was applying for jobs every day lots of jobs per day (all job types) for a couple of months - nothing I took my degree off my CV - got a job within a week
