The work that @DOGE is doing reminds me of the work we used to do as short sellers, and the excitement we had when we made another discovery of fraud or malfeasance and we said: ‘How can this possibly be true? Where is the @SECGov on this issue?’ Over time, we realized that the SEC never finds fraud on its own. The fraud is found by the private sector sleuths or whistleblowers. The government just goes in after the fact to prosecute the wrongdoers.

Wow, actual grown men are still doing the "I asked the LLM about itself and it said" thing. In 2025. Folks, LLMs don't know anything about how they themselves are built or deployed, unless they've been explicitly programmed with that information (which they almost never are).
