Been a loyal @ajbell customer for long (ISA & SIPP) but the service has been shocking. My complaint has been handled atrociously & the higher I escalate, the worse the response. I'll be transferring my entire portfolio to a company who respects their customers! Shameful behaviour

Is it actually possible to buy a BTC ETP in the UK? I’ve tried buy with @ajbell but they’re useless and not offering them to retail investors. I may have to change my brokerage firm….

@Politico247 @TheFCA Hi Joe, the Retail Service Providers provide the online quotes and they are subject to market conditions and liquidity. A telephone trade in these circumstances is done at the online rate, so won't be more expensive. This is covered on our website here: ajbell.co.uk/sites/default/…

@ajbell @TheFCA So why is it that when people try to sell a lot of shares there is no quote therefore forcing them to break it into smaller trades multiple trades( so more trading fees) or call your dealing team which is of course a higher fee? @TheFCA please look into this.

@TheFCA Please investigate dodgy practices at @ajbell. They force you to break up large trades so they can charge you more dealing fees. This is NOT right. What happened to the consumer duty regulations? #AJBell dodgy to use, easy to get fleeced.
