Idk whytheytold me that this item cannot be replaced why man I got so many problems who is responsible for all this if they can't even guarantee their best series then why the company is still selling these products they told me the laptop don't come under replacement policy

The worst acer support never helped me I had issues from the starting from the day I brought why would be even compromise when I brought the best in the gaming series of acer idk what are their best gaming laptops and if the device has defects and this much services then replace

I brought a acer predator16andbruh legit from day one the laptop had issue like screen issues heating many more issues gpu without reason went for 2 to 3services stillissue the and now it has been 8 months it worked hardly 2 month askedforreplacement badrespons @Acer @Acer_India
