What to do when you have doa replacement but they don't have the same product as you predator helio neo 16 they discontinued it and they are telling me to pay and buy the upgraded unit is this real why should I pay more if their unit of defective @Acer_India @Acer case:-1484553C

@Acer_India @Acer what happens when you got a replacement under doa but the sales department from where u brought the laptop they don't have the same model it has been discontinued by the company what will you get them ?

Acer what are you even doing you not even giving refund or replacement for the product that was defective from the start what will happen after 1 year warranty ends this product will make me suffer ofc predator helio neo 16 @Acer_India @Acer no service need replacement

The worst acer support never helped me I had issues from the starting from the day I brought why would be even compromise when I brought the best in the gaming series of acer idk what are their best gaming laptops and if the device has defects and this much services then replace
