@IsThisRealArt_ I'm starting to feel like, if you have to depend on a digital tools to make art and can't make simular things with the most basic of tools like your finger or charcoal. You shouldn't be called artist. Because even many digital artist can't draw on paper without their apps.

Only 1 of these is directly linked to air pollution, water scarcity, cognitive decline, mass misinformation, psychosis, scams, cybersecurity threats, the displacement of wildlife for data centers and overall a negative impact in society.

@_muncha_ @_VGen_ If you break rules you need to first understand what are you doing and why. I personally wouldn't hire artist who doesn't know what they are doing. I don't even consider beginner artists as real artist until they learn atleast basic rules. Until then they are just hobby artist.

@_muncha_ @_VGen_ I personally don't care about looks or tools. What I care about is if your work is real craft or just a hobby where you don't really care about rules. Many ai images and video aren't real craft because they are breaking rules without thinking.

the AI debate is really not a matter of “does it look good” - it’s a matter of… … “can you feel the passion and care” that someone put into telling a story that they felt was worth the time and effort they took to tell that story. … “do I feel assured and happy” knowing that by enjoying what I enjoy, I’m also supporting other humans who also enjoy what I enjoy create more of the things we all enjoy together. … “do I feel inspired” knowing that people exist on this planet that care so deeply about their craft to devote their scarce time on the planet to stressing over every little detail vs machines that take advantage of and undermine their efforts. … “does human effort and intentionality matter to me” or am I just a consumer of whatever is put in front of me?

@aleenaamiir Randomness can be artistic style, but here it doen't feel like it's intentional which doesn't make very good story. Ai is quite useless if you don't know how good story is made and just rely on machines randomness to do the work for you.

@aleenaamiir As animator I don't really care about the visuals but the consistency and how the shots work together. All the ai movies I've seen there is not one where the shots make sence same with character movement it's very unatural and happens with no build up which gives uncanny feeling.

Just watched this AI-generated short film and yeah… anyone still saying AI can’t create something watchable is seriously behind. This isn’t “AI makes trash” anymore, this is real storytelling, and real potential. The people actually using these tools already know: AI isn’t replacing creativity, it’s leveling it up. Studios aren’t ignoring it – they’re evolving with it. Watch this and tell me AI hasn’t come a long way.

@cutiegurlk8 I don't know if it's too strong but it feels like many people just kinda. Neglect their cats. What do you mean you let it roam around unsupervised all day? Would you let a dog do that? Keeping a cat inside doesn't mean they never get to go outside. It's called supervising.

Im specifically saying, its not about whether my art is nice or not or if people like it or not. Im saying Ive lost the absolute desire to draw. Ive lost the interest to draw, losing my hobby, and I feel like giving up regardless of taking breaks that dont work.
