@MatthewPHarris Love this idea! Not a PMA member at the moment as I’m not a big believer that the route in is verifiable factor that should be used to example good practice (Just seems a bit old school who you know) so just haven’t bothered. But have to help if useful :) sorry this happened Matt

A response to the #BodhiTalent scandal could be for a group of agents to put on a workshop/informative video/doc on some aspects of how agencies work that actors usually won’t see or be told about. Educating and hugely limiting misinformation moving forward.

Remember that you don’t train to get an agent, you train to do the job. Those who are in an awful situation after “that” agent, know that you and your skill set can speak for yourself and no agent is better than the wrong one, something we always tell graduates. #BodhiTalent

Don’t let the crooks out there shake your trust in those who are working hard for the right reasons. The reality is, all of us who work hard and strive for the best have access to the same opportunities, regardless of agency size. Pick someone that feels right, trust your gut!

Being trusted with someone’s career is a privilege! The reality is being an agent is hard. You have to be doing for the love of the industry and want to support. If their books are saturated it’s likely a sign of someone who’s in it for the wrong reasons!
