Kejrival filing a petition seeking recusal of the judge hearing his case is a very bad precedent.At this rate judges will not be allowed to hear the case by clients.Details not necessary.This has to be curbed in the bud.He is also a litigant like the millions.

A litigant cannot be allowed to play with a bench.So also he cannot choose the judge for his case.There is an appeal if he is aggrieved by the decision of the judge.This petition will set a wrong precedent and it must be dismissed.
