@merseyrail do you have any idea when the eight carriage trains will be used on the Hunts Cross line? The current trains are heaving at rush hour from Moorfields/Central out of town (they're also roasting hot due to the lack of open windows) Thanks

@merseyrail Hang on, I was told yesterday by a worker at Moorefields that they were only accepting them on the 86&81. I asked him specifically about the 82 and he said only them services, so I had to pay for a ticket!

@NatQ85 You claimed to have tried for nearly 2 decades, which seemed absurd considering they’ve only been this difficult/consistent for > 10, so it was genuine curiosity…no hate. As you’ve just said you could easily snap them up, but your post made it seem like you’ve never managed too?

@ALMHxx @AntonyCarlHiggs @glastonbury Still wasn't able to get hold of them. Buying tickets over 10 years ago was more relaxed (or so we were used to). You could usually snap them up after work etc. I'm not being funny but why are you that bothered about what years I tried to get tickets?

Tickets for Glastonbury 2024 have now Sold Out. Our thanks to everyone who bought one and we're sorry to those of you who missed out, on a morning when demand greatly exceeded supply. There will be a resale of any cancelled or returned tickets in spring 2024.

@HannahAlOthman @seetickets I’m in the same boat, I’m not the lead booker but my card was used to money has definitely gone. I have seen a couple of posts now saying they’ve just started receiving them as of today, so I assume, it’s on the way! (Hopefully)

@ALMHxx @AntonyCarlHiggs @glastonbury 2008 and 2009 were the years my daughter and son were born. I wasn't able to buy tickets on either of those years because I had newborns. I think it's reasonable to take into account personal circumstances for the odd year or two.

@AntonyCarlHiggs @glastonbury I've been trying for nearly 2 decades and by some miracle got myself and my partner tickets today after 50 minutes of refreshing! I completely understand it's soul-destroying to see the same people go every year. A fairer system definitely needs to be put into place xx

@ALMHxx @aidenheap @sidcot @gazcol @glastonbury Well ill eat my own hat call myself a numpty, I did attend 05 and 07, and remember tickets selling out in a few hours, and both being complete mud baths, and was too skint to try for 08 so didn't even realise it didn't sell out that year until so late, I happily stand corrected
