The ALPLM hit a remarkable milestone this week -- six million visitors to our campus, which consists of a library building, the museum, a park and historic Union Station. (The library opened in 2004, followed by the museum in 2005.) Thanks to all our visitors over the years!

The "Pillars of Democracy" art exhibit opened today! We want to thank artist Niki Johnson for speaking this morning about the inspiration and process for creating these powerful pieces. Johnson will conduct a workshop tomorrow at the Old State Capitol Art Fair.
