@Nupenchi_ Had a similar experience facebook.com/share/p/1GAVpU…
It was just 28k. She returned 25k and kept 3k. Later I sent her 10k and 2 friends also sent her 5k each.

@woye1 Many Tiv people are advocating for this GENUINELY, but you can not blame the voters where the parties make the choices. It shouldn't feature here in the insurgency discussion because the IDOMAS are also AFFECTED, especially in AGATU LAND. It should be a different discussion. END
English

@woye1 I do not know your HISTORICAL PEDIGREE so I will assume you have some, and consequently engage you on all the clear FALLACIES you have listed about masked as an attempt to proffer solutions. For the records, I am Tiv from Benue State, a concerned party in the impasse. -1
English

Benue State Crisis: Emotion will never solve this crisis:
1: Nigerians should understand that Benue State Crisis started before the 4th republic.
-(a): Do you even understand the crisis? Ask yourself?
2: You can’t solve Benue Crisis in isolation of Plateau, Nasarawa and Taraba states.
3: The President can visit but it will not solve the problem.
4: Deploy all military personnel to Benue State, it will not solve the problem. Crisis will happen again.
5: Benue crisis is a generational one.
6: Solution: The people must be ready to say “enough is enough” and let us talk.
-(a): Fairness for all the people before blaming outsiders masquerading as FULANIs. FULANIs are not your problems.
-(b): FG and states should look for a neutral leader to champion reconciliation.
-(c): Livestock Minister should also be part of the conversation in terms of ranching
7: we have a lot of white papers that could guide govt and the people to resolve it.
8: Tiv people must also allow other tribes to rule as Gov. Tiv occupies 14 out of the 23 LGAS. Let us practice the Charter of Justice and equity.
9: Benue Gov @HyacinthAlia read about Ile-Ife vs Modakeke crisis.
English

@woye1 7. Share some of the white papers you allude to let us all see, hoping it will not be a case of comparing apples with bananas like you tried to do with the IFE/MODAKEKE crisis.
8. On this, we may agree even as I have also advocated for it. But it can not be a justification - 19.
English

@woye1 6c. Your bringing in the LIVESTOCK MINISTER further exposes your bias towards the FULANI you seem bent to defend or protect. Who else does livestock at the expense of others like the MARAUDING FULANIS? Do you know Nigeria is not even among the top 15 cattle producing nations - 18
English

@woye1 6b. Neutral Leader for what precisely? To lead what exactly? To lead WHERE? RECONCILIATION with WHO? WHAT RECONCILIATION? Can you hear h9w you sound? WHAT IS THE SUBJECT OF RECONCILIATION? Where have the TIV PEOPLE MURDERED THEM LIKE THIS BEFORE, WHERE???? - 17
English

@woye1 6a. You seem to expose your bias where you use the term "..MASQUERADING AS FULANIs." How often has Miyetti Allah Kaulta Hore taken responsibility for the killings? Who are the insurgents fighting at the northern corridors? My 1st cousin escaped an attack, and he saw them -16
English

@woye1 ..elsewhere in the state where there is no River Benue and there is no security? Your no. 5 shows that there is INTENDED MISCHIEF or IGNORANCE in your submission. And to show you that I am not derogatory, I challenge you to provide a SOURCE your back up the claim. -15
English

@woye1 The crisis will END. First if the HERDERS ARE STOPPED FROM ENCROACHING, how would THIS PARTICULAR GENOCIDAL CRISIS OCCUR? You seem to posit that even with the security, the GENOCIDE AT YELEWATA would still have occurred. Is that your position? If so, why is it not happening - 14
English

@woye1 On your no. 3 the visit of the C-in-C will not solve the problem if it continues as it has always done on FACE VALUE, where DIRECT ORDERS ARE ISSUED but VIOLATED without consequences. If the area is secured and people return to their homes and MARAUDING HERDERS KEPT AT BAY -13
English

@woye1 On your no. 2, Nasarawa State is culpable because the FORWARD OPERATIONS BASES of the INSURGENTS are in Nasarawa. It may interest you to know that Tiv of Nasarawa State are also victims of this SACK AND GRAB of the FULANI HERDSMEN. Same in Taraba. On that one U r right. -12
English

@woye1 GUMA
MAKURDI
GWER
AGATU
GWER WEST
BURUKU
LOGO
KATSINA ALA
KWANDE... were all CONSISTENTLY affected in the first instance, which has now spread to OTURKPO and APA as well.
Anyone saying this is not an ECONOMIC and POLITICAL POGROM is very oblivious of the facts. - 11
English

@woye1 facebook.com/share/p/1EaCg6…
I made this Facebook post after our attendance at the public hearing at the House of Representatives in Abuja, on the HERDSMEN INSURGENCY IN BENUE AND THE MIDDLE BELT.
It will give you insight. -10
English

@woye1 For the burial of my late elder brother, you would see evidence of occupation by the herders. And as a reconfirmation, check the LGA's that have been affected since 2006 and see the coincidence - ALL OF THEM HAVE AN AFFINITY WITH RIVER BENUE ot her tributary, River Katsina ala -9
English

@woye1 As a confirmation, check you history books and tell me when the incident of IDP CAMPS started occurring in Benue State. Right now, my village, Tse Pilla in Guma LGA is completely displaced and no one at home. The total displacement took place 8 years ago. When we went for -8
English

@woye1 1. The current dimensions the INSURGENCY ATTACKS assumed were actually in the 4th Republic- 2006 to be precise. Prior to that time, nobody knew or heard about MACBAN or any organised group of herders anywhere in Benue. Yes, there were pockets of herders with cattle.. -6
