@amazon when you subcontract delivery drivers it should be a requirement that they are not a complete LUNATIC. This idiot almost hit me and my kids then flipped me off when I yelled at him. Well over 60mph in a 25 in Denair, CA before he blocked road with his car and door 🤯🤦‍♂️

Dear @Amazon Is the type of behavior you condone. A driver terrorized my community yesterday driving erratically and stopping in the middle of the street to deliver packages. After yelling and cursing at residents, I was able to capture a photo of him while on his tirade.

@amazon worst experience to date. Item delivered on the 12th July but then taken away by the delivery driver as they said it’s the wrong package. I don’t have my order. Impossible to get a solution with the way the website/app is designed. Items were for holiday! Terrible service

@amazon @amazon I have reached out to customer care last wednesday/thursday and they have said that I shall receive the gift card in about 48-72 hours and it has been more than 96 hours but no response yet. Not sure if Amazon is serious enough
