@iPaulLee Great point. However those legal and audit / tax firms are not viable options for smaller fund managers. I recommend Scott Kitchens at Cole Frieman and a few other CPA firms when I talk to emerging managers.

Kudos to @xAI for being the first AI company to challenge a Colorado law requiring it to censor truthful answers if they could have a “differential impact” on protected groups. This is Woke AI. It teaches AI models to lie. And it’s a violation of the First Amendment.

Colorado wants to force Grok to follow its views on equity and race, instead of being maximally truth-seeking. Today, we unveiled our completed Critical Test Reactor facility. This commercial-scale reactor with fuel to produce 10 MW of electricity was assembled on site from modular components to conclude a net ~70 day timeline from a desert plot to a reactor, reactor facility, and command & control center. Nuclear fuel will arrive soon and, pending final DOE approval, we will go critical before the @POTUS July 4th deadline. Here's a first look at some of the work that has gone into this unveiling:

Let’s add a third lane to Pena Blvd and make it a smart dynamically priced toll lane. Here’s how:
- increase speed limit to 75
- lane is free unless average speed of traffic <75
- then ramp tolls automatically to maintain express lane speed of 75
