@Nexo @NexoSupport My account has been frozen since September with no clear explanation or timeline. I provided all requested Source of Funds/Wealth documents on 17 Oct, yet I still have no access to my own funds, which come directly from my EU-issued credit card. Case 02199772

@nexoangel11 @Nexo It’s now Dec 2, I still have no response regarding my frozen account Case 02199772 I reported this in September and provided all required information, yet my access and funds remain blocked without justification. This continued silence is unacceptable.
