@AMResorts_Corp staying at the “new,” Dreams Jade Resort and this has been an awful experience so far not a dream, a NIGHTMARE.. I can’t do 4 more days here, I need out. Staff has been nice but that’s as far as it goes everything else has been terrible…

Tengan cuidado de verdad… esta empresa hace fraude internamente tienen a alguien que te llama desde el teléfono del hotel y te ofrecen paquetes vacacionales. ##fraude @AMResorts_Corp y nadie da la cara

@AMResorts_Corp is a complete joke! And their customer service is non-existent. I would never recommend staying at one of their resorts. Poorly managed, awful service and a room with no air, water leaking from ceiling and a smell like their was something dead in the room.
