The benefit of isolating one leg at a time is that it exposes athletes to inefficiencies in each leg that can be refined and improved upon. Drill reinforces athletes on how to: ✅ Maintain body posture ✅ Maintain Tall hip height ✅ Cycling while applying force ⬇️ under COM

Last night, over 80 students were recognized for their part in making 2019 a great AMS Track & Field season. The coaches are so proud of everyone who worked hard to do their best, had fun, and were good sports. #RepThatA

AMS Boys also win state!

AMS Boys win the state title at Dublin with 247 points! Second place was Pleasant View MS with 243. Congrats, boys!

In the 400, it looks like we have Jaylin, Squirt, Tyion, Ramsey, and Alijah on the podium!

Wow: our boys have 204 points so far. Next best is 165! Smells like a possible landslide in Dublin, but it's not over til it's over.

Dublin update: in the boys' 1600, Ramsey Reith placed 9th, Jordan Schwartz was 11th, and Richard Kelly placed 12th.

Boys' middle school championships just got underway in Dublin: In the 3200, Richard Kelley was 2nd and Jordan Schwartz placed 3rd. Great job, guys!
