This Change Healthcare hack causes real issues for those who rely on manufacturer coupons for expensive medications, especially rare disease patients. Just paid $1260 at the pharmacy because Change powers all the manufacturer coupons and it has been down for 10 days.

Today was an impactful day - hearing directly from patients & providers about the challenges of prior authorization is tough because their stories are real and relatable. It is also motivating, because we have so much opportunity for collaboration and improvement moving forward.
