Rough seas in Ocean Grove & Bradley Beach as offshore Hurricane Franklin continues to cause rip currents & rough seas. Red flags are up at all beaches in our coverage area, as well as most of Monmouth County. Do not enter the water & call 911 if you see anyone in distress!
