Duel's blackjack ins't 100% RTP. Duel's around 99.5% like the rest. No surrender in the game decreases the RTP. A 100% RTP blackjack should have these rules: • Blackjack must pay 3 to 2. • Dealer must stand on all 17s. • Players must double on any number of cards. • Double after split must stay allowed. • Players must re split aces without limits. • Players must hit split aces. • Dealer must peek for blackjack. • Late surrender must apply to every hand. • No restrictions on draws for any split hand. • No continuous shuffling. • No early reshuffles. • High deck penetration. • Counting allowed with no countermeasures. • Push returns money instead of tie. These rules remove the house edge and shift long term results to 100 percent RTP. If even one rule changes, the RTP drops below 100 percent.
