I said a few times a while back yes he plays good football but won nothing and managing Celtic with huge pressure is a whole different level to managing Motherwell. We call ourselves a big club so why did most fans want him when we should be wanting someone much better with more experience.

@Br7do From August-April this team was worse than Mowbray's for me, had 2 of our most successful managers ever this season and couldn't get a tune out of the players until the last few games of the season, I thought under Mowbray we played well most weeks but managed games badly

@WestEndBluenose The SPFL put out their reason for this at the time, they said the only way to get Hearts at home on the final day was to give them 3 away games in a row before that which they felt would give Hearts an unfair disadvantage

Amongst all the controversy around last night’s penalty to Celtic, there’s another important point being forgotten. The team at the top going into the split (Hearts) nearly always has the final game at home. The home tie was inexplicably given to Celtic too.

@TalkinTynie Is that why they gave Hibs a goal against Celtic 2 weeks ago that was a blatant handball and denied Celtic a stonewall penalty in the same game? And didn't give Celtic a penalty in the first half that even Kris Boyd said was a pen?
