Early or delayed cholecystectomy for acute mild biliary pancreatitis? Zhou et al. randomized 120 patients to surgery within 72h vs delayed. Complications and conversion rates were similar, but early surgery shortened operative time and hospital stay 🔗tinyurl.com/47cp73e9
