Presenting the community "WE" built at @APHWEB3🫵 (coz it's never an "I" story after all) I was asked during the APH dinner event "Why and how did you built APH?" I responded the same way I usually do during online events, but tbh, the question really struck me so lemme share the deeper story Usually, I just respond "I started my Web3 journey as a moderator>collab manager>partnerships manager in an Alpha Group last 2021 and I met a lot of Filipinos along the way then I decided to create my own Alpha Group" I realized I always answer the "How" question part somehow and never totally answered the "Why" part To understand Why, I just want to share a quick story about me I was born without a silver spoon my mouth. I am totally not rich and no inherited privilege. I even considered my family as poor while growing up. I experienced going to school without a single penny for snacks and lunch I experienced eating the same cheap meal for a week I experienced collecting and segregating garbage so I can sell some in junk shops and do jeepney carwash for a fcking 0.34$ per jeepney just to fund my gaming addiction when I was 7/8 y.o I experienced seeing my mom crying coz she's so tired and helpless trying to find money for both of us Yes, I experienced all of that, I experienced the hardships of most Filipinos. I know there are APH members who experienced the same or even worse shiii than me That is I genuinely help and continue providing opportunities for APH members That is why I started and built a community in Web3 coz this industry might change their life the way it changed mine I just want... A community for Filos like me who just want to have a better life thru Web3 A community that helps each other in finding opportunities A community where I together with APH team can use our skills and experience to provide and help others elevate their way of living I shared my story but I know there are people like me in APH who wants to help other members to win in Web3 I'd say it's a WE story after all, coz I know and recognized people in APH who shares the same goal which is to help other members to elevate their life. WE ARE APH~ We are a community that's built last 2022 in peak bear market We are a community that does web3gaming not just for airdrops but also for the funny clips together We are a community that creates content to provide InfoFi value to Web3 We are a community that applied to a Web3 job and all of us got rejected We are a community that got liquidated together We are a community that mints NFT together and got rugged or made some losses We are a community that is very diverse and not just a gamer or a trader but knows a lot of stuff in Web3 coz We educate each other We elevate each other We help each other We do a lot of stuff, Yes, that's one of our edge as a community and that is why we keep on winning :) We don't limit ourselves to trading, gaming or just one stuff to do in Web3. Web3 is a paradise of opportunities and that is what we share to every new members. Find what you are really good at but don't fade the other stuff yeah? :) If you love to win while having fun, hopefully you get to find a community like us!
