Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey said federal officials’ narrative that the ICE agent who shot and killed a woman in south Minneapolis Wednesday morning acted in self-defense is “bull***t.” “This was an agent recklessly using power that resulted in somebody dying — getting killed,” Frey said. He later added, “What I can tell you is the narrative that this was just done in self-defense is a garbage narrative. That is not true. It has no truth.”
