Building 2 (150 MW Critical IT Load): Deep foundations will be complete by month end, with concrete foundations and underground MEP installation progressing in parallel. Precision. Speed. This February, momentum continues at Polaris Forge 1, where 1,200 skilled craft professionals are progressing two 150 MW facilities in parallel. Polaris Forge 1-2 (150 MW Critical IT Load): • JWF Heat Rejection Modules from BASX are installed on the roof • Main electrical equipment from ABB has been received, with terminations underway • Tenant fit-out has begun in the data halls in preparation for turnover Polaris Forge 1-3 (150 MW Critical IT Load): • Precast structure is 25% complete • Foundations are 85% complete With trusted partners like McGough, ABB, and BASX, progress continues with confidence.

Polaris Forge 2 continues to take shape in Harwood, ND | January 2026 Update $APLD Building 1 (150 MW Critical IT Load): Concrete foundations and backfill operations continue, while precast structural components are being installed across the site. Below ground, work is advancing on the mechanical, electrical, and power infrastructure in the west generator halls, preparing the site for upcoming slab-on-grade pours. Building 2 (150 MW Critical IT Load): Deep foundation work continues, with more than 3,000 piles planned to support the foundation systems. The first concrete foundation pours were completed this month, and underground infrastructure installation has begun to support the campus’s core systems. With each milestone, the infrastructure begins to speak for itself through careful, deliberate work and purpose-driven execution.
