Our other headlining speaker, Uajorokisa Karuaihe, led an engaging session on Building Partnerships and Acquiring Funding. She highlighted the importance of cultivating strategic relationships with like-minded partners and organizations that align with your vision.

Stacey Susa-Pinto, one of our headlining speakers delivered an inspiring session on Strategic Leadership, sparking meaningful dialogue among fellows. She encouraged them to interrogate their source of their need to lead & to define the kind of presence they want to embody.

In his keynote speech, Hon. Dino Ballotti iterated that social capital holds equal importance to financial capital, as it opens doors to markets & opportunities. He urged the APLI fellows and alumni to connect with like-minded individuals & establish credibility, amongst others.

We hold networking dinners in high regard and for good reason🙌🏾. Some of the best collaborations start over a shared meal, so it’s only right that we hosted a networking dinner during our second residential program. Here’s to Breaking Bread and Building Bonds💯.

Collaboration Mode is ON🤝🏾!!! This, is Co-Creation Hour 🤩🙌🏾. During her session, our Programs Director Omagano Hilma Nampweya challenged the fellows to combine their skills, expertise and passions to solve real community challenges🤩.

Naboth De Celestino facilitated a session on The Problem Solving Lab, guiding fellows through the 4D problem-solving model. The session challenged fellows to think boldly, approach challenges with fresh perspectives, and develop practical solutions to real-world issues.

We hosted a dynamic panel discussion, centered around the theme: Reimagining community impact through youth-led organizations. Moderated by one of our fellows Abed Jason, it explored how young changemakers are harnessing their passions & personal experiences to shape communities
