And just TWO days before the high school girl stabbing incident, he reportedly went to the woman’s house in the early morning, strangled her until she lost consciousness, assaulted her, and kept her trapped until lunchtime the next day. The victim reportedly pretended to go to work with him just so she could get outside and finally escape. After she escaped, the perpetrator allegedly bought a knife from Daiso and spent TWO DAYS searching for her. He even went near her house but avoided the area after spotting a police car nearby. Then late at night, after buses had stopped running and while he was wandering around trying to get home, he reportedly came across a student he didn’t even know and stabbed her. Even another student who tried to help was attacked too… This entire case just keeps getting more horrifying the more information is revealed. I hope he never sees the light of the day again

Twitch CEO Dan Clancy announces they will be cracking down on viewbotting by placing caps on channels known to be persistently viewbotting. Repeated violations could lead to suspensions. “Today, we're introducing a new enforcement type that we plan to roll out over the next few weeks. For channels identified as persistently viewbotting, we will apply a cap to the streamer's CCV for a fixed period of time, on all of the Twitch surfaces. The cap will be based upon historical data regarding that creator's non-viewbotted traffic. Repeated violations will result in longer penalties. Streamers will be notified when an enforcement is applied, along with the duration of the penalty, and can appeal through the appeals portal.”
